Piercing for Minors

Florida does allow minors to be pierced -

however Florida Law states a notarized consent form is required REGARDLESS of if the parent/legal guardian is present. 

This means that even if you are the parent and you are bringing your child just for an ear piercing you MUST have that form. THIS IS THE LAW!

WE DO NOT HAVE A NOTARY ON STAFF

The guardian listed on the form MUST be present at the time of piercing and have their government issued ID.

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MINORS BEING PIERCED.

General Age Requirements:
8 years and up - Lobes
13 years and up - Ear Cartilage/Helix
15 years and up - Nostril, Septum, Conch, Multiple Helix, Navel
16 years and up - Forward Helix, Eyebrow, Single Lip, Tragus, Rook
​18 years old- Surface work, Cheeks, Genital
For children 11 and up, you are okay to book online for piercings. 
For children 10 and under (or older if they are particularly nervous) appointments are recommended for a consultation 24 hours or more before the piercing appointment. This allows us to go over any questions you or the child may have and generally helps with excess nerves.
